Res-Res opened on Guldbergsgade in 2016, founded by Søren and Lars. The name is short for Respect Resources, and it is the whole editorial line of the shop: everything on the rails is chosen on the basis of what it is made from, who made it, and under what conditions.

In practice that means organic cotton, hemp and recycled textiles, and brands certified by the Fair Wear Foundation and Fairtrade International — among them Nudie Jeans, Veja, Kings of Indigo and Thinking MU — plus ceramics, beauty and homeware in the same spirit. Clothes are picked to be timeless and long-lasting rather than seasonal.

The in-house Repair Studio is what makes the argument credible: it mends clothing of any brand to keep it in use, and repairs Nudie Jeans free of charge as an official repair partner.
